Dependency-light Python layer that wraps the five S-MDF web services defined in
the cahier des charges NACEF-CC-MDF-01 (Partie 3):

It provides:
  * Exact dataclass models for every API object (SMDFManifest, SMDFTicketInfo, ...).
  * The S-MDF / certificate state enumerations and the full error-code catalog.

      - ``AgentRestNacefClient`` : real HTTP calls to a local S-MDF Agent.
