## RedTeam execution summary (2026-08-10, full-cycle grant)
**Three independent production-data paths CONFIRMED:**
1. **PowerBI cloud** — workspace Admin + Dataset.Execute → DAX read of usi_prod (Media Performances prod BI). Zero victim-host footprint.
2. **Runner RCE** — SYSTEM on STASRV25018 (10.123.244.26) via CI manual job. Read IIS configs, network, services. Defender ON, undetected.
3. **JWT forge** — extracted SecretKey mints valid ProjetAppro API tokens (Admin role). App-level impersonation, PoC self-verify VALID.

**Crown jewels captured:**
- AWS RDS prod SQL creds: database-starappro-1...eu-west-3.rds.amazonaws.com / starapprod / starapp_user / super-Admin-Star-Database-2026 (PRIVATE VPC endpoint — reachable only via runner).
- JWT signing keys (ProjetAppro Authority).
- Local SQL creds (sa/fredPassword@SqlServer2025, sa/HerMapi@123*, boto/boto24).
- Network map 10.123.244.0/24 (14 Hyper-V hosts), Power BI Report Server on STASRV25018.

**Vectors remaining (operator-gated):**
- RDS access via runner (STASRV25018 → VPC → eu-west-3 RDS) — the actual prod DB read.
- Power BI Report Server enum on STASRV25018 (SQLPBENGINE).
- Lateral to 13 sibling hosts in 10.123.244.0/24.
- Live JWT validation against ProjetAppro API (8080 internal / Vercel backend).
- Negotiation drafts (Q4) — in progress.

**Exposure/footprint:** pipeline 4117 (Q2) + one host-pivot pipeline visible in star/backend UI (CE 15.8 pipeline-delete 403). Branches deleted. No persistence installed (per plan, awaiting operator on persistence tokens).
