It's that time of the year again when we are required to submit our conflict of interest returns for the year 2020/2021 as part of the Company’s business processes, policies and procedures.
You will find that the 2021 Conflict of Interest Policy (COIP) has again been revamped on the technological aspects to simplify the declaration process.
Login Procedure
This year you can log in by Email or Phone number. For purposes of verification you will be required to enter a One Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to your email or phone number depending on what you logged in with. Input you OTP to give you access to submit your Conflict of Interest returns.

As indicated last year, effective September 1, 2020, certain conflicts of interest previously permitted by the Company are no longer be permitted. Thus, Employees will no longer be eligible to open and operate new MobileMoney Agency Businesses. Also, the Company will no longer rent land or property belonging to Employees except in exceptional circumstances.
Please note that Employee owned MobileMoney Agency Businesses, and rentals in relation to Employee owned sites existing before September 1, 2020, which were declared by Employees, have been treated as legacy businesses. Details of this treatment will be shared with employees in this category in due course.
You are encouraged to make time to read the Conflict of Interest Policy, which can be accessed on Portal and has been made available here.
Complete and submit your conflict of interest returns for 2020 /2021 from the 1st of November to the 30th of November, 2021. Please note that the submission of your conflict of interest details is a mandatory requirement for both Permanent Employees and our Extended Workforce.
