# To Do
This is my personal repository for managing my tasks, including the management of the team.

## [Boards](https://git.raumgleiter.com/simongloor/todo/boards)
Here are the current and upcoming tasks listed.

## [IssueTrees](https://git.raumgleiter.com/simongloor/todo/tree/master/IssueTrees)
Here are issue trees for currently worked on projects. An issue tree ensures, that the new additions can be tested and evaluated before merging them.

Experienced developers may create the next issues by themselves, granted that they ensure that fixes will be made to the branch, the issue applies to.

## Workflow
When planning implementations, I follow a specific workflow:

##### Conzept
 1. Document the newly added tools.
 1. Review the tools with the UX Designer.
   - The UX-Designer builds a click-dummy.
   - If this involves creating UIs in Unity, create its own MergeRequest for it, implement the clickdummy and finally merge it.

##### Create the Issues
This phase should be done repeatedly, adding issues until the tool is complete.
 1. Create an issue tree with the known issues.
 1. Check the Documentation, does it exist?
 1. Upgrade the Documentation and create a deprecation list of all required changes.
   - Identify the key classes. (Class Diagram)
   - What functionality do they provide? (same Diagram)
   - What is their purpose? (Text)
 4. Update the issue tree.
 1. Create a branch for the issue tree on all related repositories.
 1. Create the issues on all related repositories.
   - Where is the documentation?
   - Where is the clickdummy exactly?
   - What needs to be done?
   - Link to the issue tree

##### Implementation
 1. Create a merge request from the issue tree.
 1. Explain the tool to the developer.
 1. Explain the changes.
 1. Continuously complete and update the documentation when questions emerge.

##### Completion
 1. Merge the resolved issue with the issue-tree-branch without deleting the branch.
 1. Open a new merge request: From the issue-tree-branch; For the next issue in the tree.
 1. Test the resolved issue on its branch.
 1. Ask the developer to make changes to the issue on its branch.
 1. Test again until it works.
 1. Merge and delete the issue when it was tested.
