## Problem
Unable to check freshness of records in databases 2210PIGOTTOILUAP01 and 2610PIGOTTOILUAP01 due to missing date columns.

## Issue
The standard date columns (dtmDateCreated, dtmDateModified, dtmDate) are not present in the tables:
- tblEMEntity
- tblSMAudit
- tblEMEntityCredential

## Current Status
- **2210PIGOTTOILUAP01**: Unable to determine freshness
- **2610PIGOTTOILUAP01**: Unable to determine freshness

## Possible Solutions
1. Check other tables with date columns (tblGLDetail, tblPREmployee)
2. Use system tables to check database activity
3. Check last backup dates
